This stand out in Provincetown's culinary landscape offers a unique dining experience, especially geared toward people who like to enjoy upscale, casual dining with friends. Victor's offers a delicious "small plates" dinner menu of New American cuisine, sized for tasting and sharing with friends and family. Victor's dishes are served individually at their hottest, freshest, in an open, airy, light atmosphere. Our cottage-style restaurant, with its cathedral ceiling, central stone fireplace, and hand-crafted tables gives diners a comfortable, yet elegant place to enjoy these delicacies. To delight our guests, excellent food is always paired with our warm, gracious service.
This season Victor's is proud to introduce new Executive Chef Christina Spencer! Formerly Victor's Sous-Chef since 2008, Christina is eager to claim the role of Chef de Cuisine and integrate new, healthier menu changes including new gluten free options! Christina takes pride in using as many local and organic ingredients as possible to create dishes like the Deconstructed Ahi Tuna Napoleon, lightly seared tuna on a crispy wonton with avocado sunamono, micro greens, wasabi mayonnaise, and tamari vinaigrette. Or the sweet, smoky, and savory Pulled Pork Sliders, beautifully paired with a fruits relish on Portuguese muffin. And the Lobster Spring Rolls are flash fried and served with thin pasta, lettuce, mint, and a chile-lime sauce.
Joining the Victor's Team this season is award-winning Pastry Chef Jeremy Drew Morgan. With 30 years of baking experience in Hawaii, Michigan, and Massachusetts, Jeremy's desserts have received compliments from critics such as Julia Childs.
Our specialty cocktail list is a must to try, as well, and includes a White Cosmo with fresh cranberries, a Metaxa Mojito, and the Famous Victor's Margarita with Silver Patrón. The restaurant also offers an extensive, award-winning wine selection.
